Video Production
Video production from Tampere – across Finland

Video Production

Cinematic storytelling with a job to do.

We make brand films, recruitment videos, customer stories and social videos for SMEs, the tourism industry and the public sector. Our home turf is Tampere and the Pirkanmaa region, but we film all over Finland – Lapland included. One contact person from concept to final delivery.

Who video production is for

The service is designed for companies and organisations that have a great product or service, but whose communication does not show it yet.

SMEs in Pirkanmaa and elsewhere in Finland

Industry, construction, service companies and wellbeing and healthcare businesses. Typically companies of 5–100 people where the owner or CEO makes the decision.

Tourism and activity providers

Hotels, cabin resorts, safari and activity companies, restaurants, destination and regional marketing. Content that makes the viewer feel they have already arrived.

Recruiting employers

Companies competing for talent, for whom a job ad alone is not enough: recruitment videos, staff introductions and employer-brand content.

Municipalities, projects and organisations

Regional development, project showcases, information videos and event coverage. The production is fitted to project-funding schedules and reporting requirements.

What kind of videos we make

Most productions combine several of these: one shooting day usually yields a main video plus a series of shorter versions.

Company presentation and brand film

Tells what you do, for whom and why you can be trusted. Used on the website front page, in sales meetings and on social media.

Typical length: 1–3 min

Recruitment video

Shows the workplace, the colleagues and everyday life as it is. Goal: more and better applicants.

Typical length: 1–2 min + short staff introductions

Customer story and reference video

Your customer explains in their own words why they chose you and what they got. The strongest trust builder in B2B sales.

Typical length: 1–2 min

Product and service explainer

Explains a complex product or service clearly. Used on the website, at trade fairs and in sales.

Typical length: 30 s – 2 min

Social videos

Vertical shorts for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts. Usually produced as a series from one shooting day.

Typical length: 15–60 s, 3–10 pieces

Tourism and destination videos

Hotels, activity providers and regions: an atmosphere that makes people book. The experience is filmed through the customer’s eyes.

Typical length: 30 s – 2 min

Event coverage

Seminars, openings and project closing events. A highlight reel for after-marketing and communications.

Typical length: 1–3 min highlight

Aerial footage by drone

As part of other productions or separately. Traficom-registered drone operator, flying under EU drone regulations.

Typical length: Part of a production

What is included in the delivery

A fixed-price production includes everything from concept to finished video. The quote lists exactly what is delivered.

Pre-production

Kick-off call, concept and script or shot list, agreeing locations and schedule, interview questions.

Filming

Shooting day(s) at the agreed location: director-cinematographer, camera kit, lights, sound recording and drone footage where needed. We coach the people on camera – no previous experience required.

Post-production

Editing, colour grading, sound mix, licensed music, text graphics and logo animation, Finnish subtitles. English subtitles as an add-on.

Versions and formats

Main video in landscape (16:9) plus agreed vertical (9:16) and square (1:1) versions for social channels. Delivered in 4K or Full HD via download link.

Revision rounds

Two rounds of comments are included. Comments are collected in one go and changes made at once, so the schedule holds.

The delivery time is agreed in the quote. Typically the finished video is in use 2–3 weeks after filming.

Where we film

We are based in Tampere and the Pirkanmaa region is our home turf. We do, however, film all over Finland – from Helsinki to Lapland – and abroad when needed. Our references include a hotel production in Tallinn, Estonia.

The location is usually the client’s own premises: factory, construction site, office, hotel or a nature spot. It shows the viewer a real environment and saves studio rent. Studio shoots are arranged when needed.

Tampere and Pirkanmaa
Our home turf. A shooting day can usually be scheduled within 1–2 weeks.
Rest of Finland
We film all over Finland from Helsinki to Lapland. Location and schedule are agreed during planning.
Lapland
We film regularly in Lapland and know the demands of winter shoots: permits, conditions and the local network. For international productions we also offer a Lapland Fixer service. Lapland Fixer →
Abroad
We also carry out productions outside Finland when the story calls for it.

How the price is formed

We do not publish list prices, because two videos of the same length can require very different amounts of work. Instead we explain what the price consists of – and give you a fixed price before filming.

What affects the price

  1. 1

    Number of shooting days

The biggest single factor. Half a day is enough for a social video series, one day for a company film; a recruitment campaign may need two.

  2. 2

    Scope of pre-production

Whether we execute a ready idea or develop the concept and script from scratch.

  3. 3

    Post-production

Amount of footage to edit, graphics and animation, subtitles and the number of versions delivered.

  4. 4

    Extra resources and equipment

Sound recordist, second camera operator, performers from our performer register, make-up or special equipment such as camera movement and extra lighting.

Frequently asked questions about video production

Answers to the most common questions before the first call.

How long does a video production take?

Typically 3–5 weeks from the kick-off call to the finished video: planning 1–2 weeks, filming 1–2 days, post-production about 2 weeks and finishing about a week. Urgent deliveries are agreed separately.

How much does a video cost?

The price is based on the number of shooting days, the scope of pre-production, post-production and extra resources. You get a fixed price in the quote before filming – no hourly billing and no surprises. We do not publish list prices because scope decides.

Do we have to appear on camera ourselves?

Not necessarily. In many videos it is enough that work is done as usual and the atmosphere comes through. If interviews are needed, we coach the speakers and take as many takes as necessary. Performers are also available from our performer register.

Can we get the video in English too?

Yes. English subtitles or a fully English version are made as an add-on, and it is best to agree on this during planning.

Do you film with a drone?

Yes. We are a Traficom-registered drone operator and fly under EU drone regulations. Permit requirements are checked per location.

What if the weather prevents outdoor filming?

We agree on a backup day during planning. Indoor shoots go ahead on the agreed day regardless of the weather.

Who owns the rights to the finished video?

Usage rights are always agreed case by case and written into the quote. Music is licensed for the agreed use.

Do you work outside the Pirkanmaa region?

Yes, all over Finland and abroad when needed. The location is agreed during planning.

How do we get started?

Contact us through the form or call +358 45 320 2110. We schedule a 30-minute call, after which you receive a written plan and price.
