2. What data we collect

Contact requests: we only collect the information you provide via our contact form or when you contact us: name, email address, phone number, company, and the content of your message.

Performer register: if you register in our performer register, we store the details you provide: name, home town, year of birth, height, email, phone number, languages, special skills, experience, photos, video links, availability and fee expectation. The data is used only for casting performers in our productions.

Visitor statistics: the site does not currently collect visitor statistics or use analytics cookies. We do store the choice you make in the consent banner, so that it is honoured immediately if we switch Google Analytics on later. See our cookie policy for details.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process personal data to respond to contact requests, prepare offers, and manage the customer relationship.

Performer register data is processed for casting and production-related communication.

The legal basis for processing is your consent (contact form, performer registration) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and managing customer relationships.

4. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above or to comply with legal obligations. Data related to inquiries is deleted once the matter has been handled and there is no other basis for retention.

Performer register data is kept until you delete your profile or ask us to erase your data.

5. Data disclosures and transfers

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: contact form messages are delivered to our email through Supabase and Resend, and the performer register is stored in Supabase within the EU (Frankfurt).

If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw any consent you have given.

To exercise your rights, contact husky@huskyflowfilms.fi. Performer register users can also edit and delete their own data by logging in. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.

7. Data security

We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Access to data is limited to those who need it to perform their duties. The performer register requires a login, and photos are shared only through signed, time-limited links.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy as our operations or legislation change. The current version is always available on this page.
